How can I understand my dog´s body language?

Canine Body Language: Playful

Dogs often use body language to communicate their thoughts and needs. For example, a dog that "bows" or rests his font legs on the ground with his butt in the air is inviting play. This posture, often referred to as a "play bow" is a maneuver often initiated by puppies and those canines who are young at heart.
